Best practices for file transfers:
- We take just about any file (see the File Submission Guidelines), but we prefer clean PDF’s
- Please zip compress any file submission, even only one file

File Submission Guidelines
Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop & PDF, QuarkXPress, Macromedia Freehand and CorelDraw (Windows only).
We always have the latest versions of all software.
Tips
- Proofs help everyone. Please include lasers or a PDF of your document when you send it in.
This enables us to make sure your files are correct. - Be sure to include all fonts and linked graphics, even those used in placed .eps files. If you need preflight and collection help, don’t hesitate to call.
- If you need help with creating good PDF files, just ask. You can also download our distiller preferences in the Prepress area.
- If you’re sending files via email or FTP, you will almost always need to compress the files to ensure they’re not corrupted in transit. We keep our compression software as up-to-date as our other applications, so you can be sure we can ‘unstuff’ anything you send.
